Property Loader Works starting from the Second Execution

Hello Everyone

I am using TestStand property loader under TS 2019 to load the upper/lower limits and also the units and offsets in my Testing Sequence from a CSV file.

All the limits for all the steps are loaded properly except only one, which is loaded correctly only starting from the second execution.

In the first execution the initial limits fixed in Teststand are used for that step.
